To connect the BoomX-D2 to a computer, users can utilize a 3.5mm to USB-C audio adapter or a TRS-TRS cable. Ensure that the BoomX-D2 is selected as the input audio device in your computer's settings and recording software.
If your camera produces loud background noise, try manually adjusting the recording volume, lowering the camera gain, and turning off any automatic gain control functions. Note that the BoomX-D2 may not be compatible with wind noise suppression and noise reduction features on your camera, so it's best to disable those functions when recording.
